These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MapAnimator mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Pin Traveler LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MapAnimator enables users to create and view map-based route animations. Features may include route creation, location search, map rendering, playback controls, and export options made available in the App.
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. If paid features are offered, purchases are processed by the relevant app marketplace and payment providers under their own terms.

The App relies on third-party services such as Mapbox, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Apple platform services. Your use of relevant features is also subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies.
Some features require location permission and internet access. You are responsible for your device settings, network charges, and permission choices. You can revoke permissions through your device settings.
The App, software, design, and branding are owned by Pin Traveler LLC or its licensors. Third-party map, routing, and platform data remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed for use only as permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Map data, routes, timing, and visual output may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is not a substitute for professional navigation or emergency systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pin Traveler LLC and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
